The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Gregory R. Gilbert of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Thirtieth day of April, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oswego, in the City of Oswego. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, dated April 8, 2004, executed by Joel Lovette (who died on July 3, 2025, a resident of the county of Oswego, State of New York) to secure the sum of $40,000.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Instrument Number R-2004-004937 in the Office of the Oswego County Clerk on April 18, 2004. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by Joel Lovette on May 24, 2006 and recorded June 25, 2007 in Instrument Number R-2007-007793 in the Office of the Oswego County Clerk. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 25, 2006 and recorded on May 4, 2005, in the Office of the Oswego County Clerk at Instrument Number R-2006-005054. The mortgage was subsequently modified on February 1, 2018. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by a corrective assignment executed April 21, 2021 and recorded on April 22, 2021, in the Office of the Oswego County Clerk at Instrument Number R-2021-004502. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed March 3, 2023 and recorded on April 24, 2023, in the Office of the Oswego County Clerk at Instrument Number R-2023-003364. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed March 31, 2023 and recorded on April 24, 2023, in the Office of the Oswego County Clerk at Instrument Number R-2023-003365.
