NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant time Final Judgement of Foreclosure and entered in the Office of the Clerk of Chautauqua County on April 16, 2026. Wherein, JAMES E. WALKER and SUSAN E. WALKER is the plaintiff and MICHAEL ALLYN and ALICIA BAARSON-HANSON are the Defendant(s), I, the undersigned will sell at a public auction at the CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, THREE NORTH ERIE STREET, MAYVILLE, NY 14757, ON JUNE 4, 2026 AT 11:00AM, premises known as 46 Burgess Street, Silver Creek, NY 14712; and the following tax map identification, 49.06-3-22.
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Village of Silver Creek, Town of Hanover, County of Chautauqua and State of New York, being part of Lot 73 in Township 6 and Range 10 of the Holland Land Company’s survey, and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING in the northeasterly line of Burgess Street as now laid out and occupied at the intersection thereof with the northwesterly line of Badcock Avenue as now laid out and occupied; thence northeasterly along said northwesterly line of Babcock Avenue a distance of 98.9 feet to an existing iron pin located 40 feet southwesterly along said northwesterly line of Badcock Avenue from the intersection thereof with the northerly line of lands conveyed from Ursula Babcock to Warren Rich by deed recorded in Liber 241 of Deeds at Page 329 in the office of the Chautauqua county Clerk; thence northwesterly at an interior angle of 89 degrees 38 minutes a distance of 74 feet to a stake; thence southwesterly at an interior angle of 90 Degrees 22 minutes a distance of 99.4 feet to an existing iron pin in said Northeasterly line of Burgess Street; thence southeasterly at an interior angle of 89 degrees 14 minutes a distance of 74 feet along said northeasterly line of Burgess Street to the point or place of beginning, and being the intent to describe all that tract or parcel of land conveyed from Stevens to Rule by deed dated December 4, 2002.
