Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on Janu- ary 6, 2026 I, the un- dersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Main Courthouse Rotunda of the Rens- selaer County Court-

house, Congress & Sec- ond Street, 80 Second Street, Troy, NY 12180 on May 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM, premises known as 118 CALVIN COLE RD, STEPHENTOWN, NY 12169. All that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Stephentown, Rensse- laer County New York, Section: 184., Block: 1, Lot: 55.
