Jackson to Affordable Mortgagee Corp. to secure the sum of $49,600.00, and interest, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Onondaga County on September 20, 1991 in Book: 6005 Page: 47. That Affordable Mortgagee Corp. duly assigned said Note and Mortgage to Countywide Funding Corporation by Assignment dated September 20, 1991 and recorded on October 15, 1991 in the Office of the Clerk of Onondaga County in Book: 6029 Page: 286. That Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. dba: America's Wholesale Lender formerly known as: Countrywide Funding Corporation duly assigned said Note and Mortgage to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. by Assignment dated October 14, 1998 and recorded on November 19, 1998 in the Office of the Clerk of Onondaga County in Book: 9856 Page: 284. That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. duly assigned said Note and Mortgage to Aurora Loan Services Inc. by Assignment dated April 22, 2004 and recorded on May 4, 2004 in the Office of the Clerk of Onondaga County in Instrument No.: 4251804 Book: 13946 Page: 0367. That Aurora Loan Services Inc. duly assigned said Note and Mortgage to MidFirst Bank, A Federally Chartered Savings Association by Assignment dated September 26, 2014 and recorded on October 21, 2014 in the Office of the Clerk of Onondaga County in Book: 17604 Page: 0793 Instrument No.: 35302. Loan Modification bearing the date of November 20, 2014, executed by Colleen Q. Jackson to MidFirst Bank, a federally chartered savings association to secure the sum of $32,458.23, with interest, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Onondaga County on January 27, 2015 in Book: 17669 Page: 0465 Instrument No.: 2540. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the Mortgaged Premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above. Plaintiff designates Onondaga County as the place of trial. The basis of venue is the County in which the Mortgaged Premises is situated. Section: 072.
