SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK COUNTY OF ORLEANS SUPPLEMENTAL SUMMONS AND NOTICE Index No. E23-00718 Date Filed: 2/19/2026 Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, -against- Orleans County Treasurer, as Limited Administrator of the Estate of Brian Ronald Cramer a/k/a Brian Cramer; Lakeisha Ann Gibson, if she be living or if she be dead, her spouses, heirs, devisees, distributees and successors in interest, all of whom and whose names and places of residence are unknown to Plaintiff; David Cramer; Lisa McDonald; Kenneth Cramer, and "JOHN DOE", said name being fictitious, it being the intention of Plaintiff to designate any and all occupants of premises being foreclosed herein, and any parties, corporations or entities, if any, having or claiming an interest or lien upon the mortgaged premises, Defendants. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above. Plaintiff designates Orleans County as the place of trial. Venue is based upon the County in which the mortgaged premises is situated.
