Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fredonia, Fredonia, NY will meet at the Village Hall, 9-11 Church St, Fredonia, NY onMarch 10, 2026 @ 5:30 P.M.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a public hearing on the following appeals pursuant to Article XXIII of the Zoning Law of said Village and to hear all persons in favor or opposed to the relief requested in said appeal.

1) James Much 303 Chestnut St Fredonia, NY 14063 to extend his home by adding an attached garage at the above address SBL #113.09-2-30 and in violation of the Village of Fredonia Zoning Law Section 297-4.6 (A) front yard setbacks & 297-4.6 (C) side yard setback.

2) Aspire of Western New York/ Women's Christian Association of Fredonia 134 Temple St Fredonia, NY 14063 to use the building for day programs for children and adults with special needs at the above address SBL #113.10-3-54 and in violation of the Village of Fredonia Zoning Law section 297-4.2 (a) & 297.11-7 (a) Permitted uses in the R-1 zoning district.

The Zoning Board of Appeals members will convene following the Public Hearing to discuss any other business before the board.
