NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON 2026-2027 VILLAGE OF FREDONIA BUDGET




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Fredonia on the 20th day of April at 4:30 P.M., Trustee Room, Village Hall, Fredonia, New York to receive comments on the proposed Local Law No. 1 2026 – “ Local Law to Override the 2026-27 Tax Cap Limit”. At said Public Hearing all interested person shall be heard.




This Public Hearing may be postponed from time to time.
