NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

PROPOSED LOCAL 

LAW No 2 OF 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Fredonia on Monday April 20, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. at Village Hall, Trustees Room, 9-11 Church Street, Fredonia New York to obtain citizens’ views regarding proposed Local Law #2 of 2026 – “Local Law Amending Section 287-8A of the Code of the Village of Fredonia to Provide for an Increased Water Base Rate Rate .” At said Public Hearing all persons interested shall be heard.

Hearing may be adjourned from time to time.
