NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Fredonia is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of Polycationic Polymer Potable Water Coagulant Liquid Form, Poly Aluminum Chloride water coagulant Liquid Form, 12.5% NSF liquid chlorine, NSF Bentonite Clay 50 lb. bags and Poly Orthophosphate for the Village fiscal year June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. Bids shall be returnable no later than 12:00 PM on April 7, 2026, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read. Please mail or deliver the sealed BIDS CLEARLY MARKED “POLYMER BID”, “ALUMINUM CHLORIDE BID” “POLY ORTHOPHOSPHATE BID” “POWERED BLEND OF INORGANIC PHOSPHATES” “BENTONITE CLAY” or “ 12.5% NSF LIQUID CHLORINE”(each individual bid to be contained in a SEPARATE envelope) to the Village Clerk’s Office, 9-11 Church Street, Fredonia, New York, 14063. Specifications are on file at the Village Clerk’s Office. A non-collusive bidding certification must accompany all bids.
