Legal Notices NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Village of Fredonia Department of Public Works shall accept sealed bids for the following: MUELLER SUPER CENTRION FIRE HYDRANTS PROPOSAL NUMBER: DPW-2026-3 for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2026 and ending May 31, 2027 Specifications may be obtained by mail or in person at the Office of the Village Clerk at 9-11 Church Street, Fredonia, New York 14063. The Village of Fredonia reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Village. EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE PROPOSAL NUMBER AND THE ITEM BID THEREIN. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided. A non-collusive bidding certificate shall accompany all bids. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, Fredonia, New York no later than 12 pm, Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
