NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Fredonia is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of Liquid Chlorine (Liquefied Gas Chlorine) for the Waste Water Treatment Plant and the Water Filtration Plant for the Village fiscal year June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.

Approximate Quantity 30 to 40 cylinders of one-ton containers for the Waste Water Treatment Plant (any questions please contact David Felt at 716-366-0057)

Bids shall be returnable no later than 12:00 PM on April 7, 2026, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read. Please mail or deliver the sealed bids clearly marked “LIQUID CHLORINE BID” (Liquefied Gas Chlorine) to the Village Clerk’s Office, 9-11 Church Street, Fredonia, New York, 14063. Specifications are on file at the Village Clerk’s Office. A non-collusive bidding certification must accompany all bids.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Fredonia reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept the bid which is deemed most advantageous to the Village.
