Public review of the FY2025 CAPER from March 13-27, 2026.

Notice of Availability Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation REPORT (CAPER) for Program Year 2025 In accordance with Title I of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, P.L. 101-625, and the regulations 24 CFR Part 91.250, Orange County NY has prepared its Program Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Programs. This report contains information including: 1) Summary of resources and accomplishments, 2) Status of actions taken during the year to implement the goals outlined in the Consolidated Plan, and 3) evaluation of the progress made during the year in addressing identified priority needs and objectives. Orange County’s FY2025 CAPER will be available for public review and comment March 13-27, 2026 at the Orange County Office of Community Development, 40 Matthews Street, Goshen, NY 10924 Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The report can also be reviewed and downloaded at the Community Development webpage, County of Orange website https://www.orangecountygov.com/207/Plans-Reports The public may address written comments to Nicole Andersen, Director, Office of Community Development at the address above or via email to commdev@orangecountygov.com. In order to be considered, written comments must be received no later than the close of business, Friday, March 27, 2026. The FY2025 Final CAPER will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, New York Regional Office, on or before March 31, 2026.
