VILLAGE OF JOHNSON CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE TENTATIVE 2026-2027 BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE OF JOHNSON CITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tentative budget of the Village of Johnson City for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2026 has been completed and filed in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Johnson City, 60 Lester Avenue, Johnson City, NY. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held at a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Johnson City on the 14th day of April, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Village Hall Board Room, 60 Lester Avenue, Johnson City, NY. At such hearing, any person may be heard in favor of or against the tentative budget as compiled, or for or against any item or items therein contained. The following are the proposed salaries of certain Village Officers for the year 2026-2027: Mayor $18,000 per year Trustees (4) $7,500 each per year The Exemption Report for the Village as required by Section 258 of the Laws of 2008 is attached to the tentative budget.
