VILLAGE OF JOHNSON CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Johnson City at Village Hall, 60 Lester Avenue, Johnson City, NY on April 21, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, regarding a local law entitled “A LOCAL LAW TO OVERRIDE THE TAX LEVY LIMIT ESTABLISHED IN GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW §3-C FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026/2027.” PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed local law will be reviewed by said Board of Trustees incident to and as a part of said public hearing. Interested parties are entitled to be heard upon said proposed local law at such public hearing. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Village Board prior to the public hearing.
