PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Busti Planning Board will hold a Hearing pursuant to Article 405.601(C)(6) H – Hamlet, in accordance with Article 405-1201(D) of the Town of Busti Zoning Code on the following:

The application of Christopher DePonceau, 1478 Southwestern Drive, Lakewood, New York for a Special Use Permit to have a Vehicle Equipment Installation and Service Business at 934 Forest Avenue Extension. Said property is owned by him and known as Section 420.19, Block 1, and Lot 12 of the official tax map of the Town of Busti, located in the Hamlet District (H).




Said hearing will take place on March 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Busti Administration Building, 125 Chautauqua Avenue, Lakewood, New York.
