Legal Notices ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Busti will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m, at the Town of Busti Administration Building, 125 Chautauqua Avenue, Lakewood, New York, to consider the following applications: Application of Robert Corp, Hamburg, New York for an area variance to replace existing garage with new garage and the construction of addition to existing home, on property located at 2445 Lakeside Drive, Ashville, New York. Property is owned by him and known as Section 367.20, Block 3, Lot 21 of the official tax map of the Town of Busti. Property is located in the Lakeshore Residential District. Application of William Geary, Hilliard, Ohio for an area variance to replace existing 12’x24’ shed with a new 14’x32x shed, on property located at 2452 Lakeside Drive, Ashville, New York. Property is owned by him and known as Section 367.20, Block 4, Lot 26 of the official tax map of the Town of Busti. Property is located in the Lakeshore Residential District.
