Legal Notices ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Busti will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m, at the Town of Busti Administration Building, 125 Chautauqua Avenue, Lakewood, New York, to consider the following applications: Application of Janeen Cohen, Lakewood, New York for an area variance to install a pool and construct a deck around the pool, on property located at 4440 Chautauqua Blvd, Lakewood, New York. Property is owned by her and known as Section 385.05, Block 3, Lot 27 of the official tax map of the Town of Busti. Property is located in the Residential – High Density District. Application of William Geary, Hilliard, Ohio for an area variance to replace existing 12’x24’ shed with a new 12’x16’ shed, on property located at 2452 Lakeside Drive, Ashville, New York. Property is owned by him and known as Section 367.20, Block 4, Lot 26 of the official tax map of the Town of Busti. Property is located in the Lakeshore Residential District.
