NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF BOND RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY AND APPARATUS FOR USE BY THE TOWN (PLOW TRUCKS) Notice is hereby given that at its March 17, 2026 meeting the Town Board of the Town of Niagara adopted a bond resolution authorizing the acquisition of equipment, machinery and apparatus for use by the Town (Highway Department), including, but not limited to, plow trucks, including all necessary equipment, apparatus and warranties and all preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and in connection with the financing thereof (collectively, the (”Purpose”) at an estimated maximum cost of $698,000. Such resolution authorizes the issuance and sale of a serial bond or bonds and a bond anticipation note or notes in anticipation of the issuance and sale of such serial bonds, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $698,000 of the Town, such amount to be offset by any federal, state, county and/or local funds received.
