Legal Notice THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE POLICYHOLDERS OF SAUQUOIT VALLEY INSURANCE COMPANY OF SAUQUOIT, NY WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2026, AT 1:00PM AT 10170 ROBERTS ROAD, SAUQUOIT, NEW YORK 13456. THE PURPOSE OF THIS MEETING IS: 1) TO RECEIVE ANDACT UPON REPORTS OF THE OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY; 2) TO CONSIDER AND VOTE UPON THE APPROVAL AND RATIFICATION OF ALL PURCHASES, CONTRACTS, ACTS, PROCEEDINGS, ELECTIONS, AND APPOINTMENTS BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OR ANY COMMITTEE OR OFFICERS SINCE THE LAST ANNUAL MEETING OF THE POLICYHOLDERS; 3) TO TRANSACT SUCH OTHER BUSINESS AS MAY PROPERLY COME BEFORE THE MEETING; AND 4) TO ELECT THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS FOR THREE YEAR TERMS: GREGORY A.
