TOWN OF PARIS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Paris, Oneida County, New York, will hold a public hearing at the Paris Town Hall, Sulphur Springs, Rd., Sauquoit, New York on Monday April 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM. To Consider the following: 1. The application of KnS Properties LLC, Sulphur Springs Golf Course, requesting a 4th accessory structure variance, 4’ height variance and a 8000 SF area variance to erect an accessory building behind the existing club house. Town of Paris Zoning Law Section 16 B allows 2 accessory structures, Section 16 C allows an accessory structure to be 20’ in height, and Section 16 E allows a cumulative SF of 1200 SF.. Please take notice that the Zoning board of Appeals will hold their regular meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM following the public hearing.
