LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is given: Pursuant to New York Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1660 paragraph a, subparagraph 11, that all Town Roads in the Town of Western, Oneida County, are temporarily closed to any and all vehicles having the gross weight of more than six (6) tons per axle, with such temporary restriction to be effective until such time as the removal of signs stating such limitation is directed by the Town Board; provided, however, that this closure shall not apply to the local delivery or pickup of goods, merchandise or other property including, but not limited to, fuel oil, trash removal, or to the operation of emergency vehicles, all of which are permitted.
