LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE PUBLIC NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of East Green- bush shall hold a public hearing in Connection with the 401 Colum- bia Turnpike Major Site Plan (PZD#: 26-02.) Lan- Engineering, sing on behalf of Dawn Homes Management, has sub- mitted a Major Site Plan application for a pro- posed mixed-use devel- opment at 401 Columbia Turnpike, East Green- bush, NY, located within the Commercial Mixed- Use (CMU) Zoning Dis- trict and identified on the Town Tax Map as Parcel No. 166.-3-4. The proposed Project in- cludes the construction of eleven (11) multi- family residential build- ings totaling approxi- mately one hundred ten (110) dwelling dwelling units, together with multiple two-story commercial and office buildings, including a restaurant use, as well as associ- ated site improvements such as parking areas, internal access drives, utilities, stormwater management facilities, landscaping, lighting, and other supporting infrastructure on an ap- proximately 17.37- acre parcel. The Town Board wishes to conduct Public Hearing in con- nection with its review of the Major Site Plan application and associ- ated SEQRA review. The Town Board of the Town of East Green- bush hereby schedules a Public Hearing to be held at the Town Hall, 225 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144 on March 11, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. to consider the proposed Project at 401 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush, NY.
