LEGAL NOTICE Request for Bids The City of Kingston, New York is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB #K26-11) for the 2026 City Tree Planting Proj- ect. The City is request- ing Bids from qualified contractors to purchase and install 60 trees with a 3"-3.5" caliper mea- sured six inches above root flair/ ground level. Planting shall begin on October 12th and be completed within 30 days. Sealed bids will be re- ceived by the Urban Forester, located in the Grants Management Department at City Hall, 420 Broadway, Kingston NY 12401. Bids must be received no later than 11:00am on April 30th, 2026. Requirements, Instruc- tion, and Bid Submis- sion Packages may be downloaded at the Empire State Purchas- ing Group website at https://www.bidnetdi- rect.com/new-york, the New York State Con- tract Reporter website at www.nyscr.ny.gov, or obtained at the of- fice of the Purchasing Department, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm. Questions regarding the RFB should be directed to Brent Knepper, Urban Forester, at bknepper@ kingston-ny.gov or 845- 334-3927.
