(N/A), Ward 3 Application is for a vari- ance from section 405- 17G(2) to allow for the installation of a free- standing monument sign. Applications and sup- porting documents are available for review by the public at the City of Kingston Building Safe- ty Department, 5 Gar- raghan Drive, Kingston, NY 12401. At 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the mat- ter can be heard, the public hearings will be opened and the Zoning Board of Appeals will accept comments from all interested members of the public.
