LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLIC PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Sec- tion 274-a of the New York State Town Law, a public hearing will be held by the Hurley Zon- ing Board of Appeals on April 9, 2026 at 7:10 pm, or thereafter as agenda requires, at 10 Wamsley Place, Hurley, NY, for the purpose of consid- ering the following ap- plication: FILE: 2026-#3 - Miche- SBL 38.4-5-47 lotti - Area Variance Property Address: 105 Zena Road, Kingston, NY 12401 Description: Applicant is seeking area vari- ances related to the construction of an ac- cessory use apartment on a parcel located in the A2.5 District. The property is a 0.49-acre pre-existing noncon- forming lot containing a single-family dwelling. The proposal includes a side yard setback of ten (10) feet and a rear yard setback of ten (10) feet where required set- backs are twenty-five (25) feet side yard and fifty (50) feet rear yard. The applicant is there- fore requesting a fifteen (15) foot side yard area variance and a forty (40) foot rear yard area variance. The file is available to view Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm by contact- ing the Zoning Office or Building Dept. by email: zoning@townofhur- leyny.gov or building@ townofhurleyny.gov.
