Banzer-SBL-55.4-10-20 Area Variance Property Address: 135 Bessal Road, Hurley, NY Description: Applicants are seeking two (2) area variances in connection with the construction of a storage shed on a parcel located in the R-1 District. The proposal requires a rear yard set- back variance of twen- ty-eight (28) feet from the required fifty (50) feet and a side yard set- back variance of three (3) feet from the re- quired twenty-five (25) feet. The property is an existing undersized lot pursuant to §210-51 of the Town of Hurley Zon- ing Code.
