LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Sec- tion 274-a of the New York State Town Law, a public hearing will be held by the Hurley Zon- ing Board of Appeals on April 9, 2026 at 7:15 pm, or thereafter as agenda requires, at 10 Wamsley Place, Hurley, NY, for the purpose of consid- ering the following ap- plication: FILE: 2026-#1-Dennis- Banzer-SBL-55.4-10-20 Area Variance Property Address: 135 Bessal Road, Hurley, NY Description: Applicants are seeking two (2) area variances in connection with the construction of a storage shed on a parcel located in the R-1 District. The proposal requires a rear yard set- back variance of twen- ty-eight (28) feet from the required fifty (50) feet and a side yard set- back variance of three (3) feet from the re- quired twenty-five (25) feet. The property is an existing undersized lot pursuant to §210-51 of the Town of Hurley Zon- ing Code. The file is available to view Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm by contact- ing the Zoning Office or Building Dept. by email: zoning@townofhur- leyny.gov or building@ townofhurleyny.gov. All citizens will be giv- en up to 2 minutes to be heard in respect to such application either in person or by agent.
