LEGAL NOTICE Notice of public hear- ing on request for Area variance, town of Ulster Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ulster Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on March 11th, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Town of Ulster Town Hall, locat- ed at 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, NY on the application submitted by Clarence Hayes for a side and front area vari- ance at 45 Catskill Ave Kingston, NY. Tax Map # 56.22-3-3; Zone R-30. Notice is further given that the contact person for additional informa- tion concerning this application is Mrs. Sta- cia Hudler, Planning/ Zoning Secretary (845) 340-3884. All persons with questions or con- cerns regarding this ap- plication may call the Planning board office during regular business hours between 7:00AM and 3:00 PM and may be heard by the Zoning Board at the time and place of the aforemen- tioned public hearing. 3/3 #NY0170235
