LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REQUEST FOR AREA VARIANCE, TOWN OF ULSTER Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ulster Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on April 8th 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Town of Ulster Town Hall, located at 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, NY on the application submitted by Krisją Hendricks and Melissa Mahoney for an area variance at 49 Esopus Avenue. Tax Map # 48.49-3-12; Zone R-10. Notice is further given that the contact person for additional information concerning this applica- tion is Mrs. Stacia Hudler, Planning/Zoning Sec- retary (845) 340-3884. All persons with questions or concerns regarding this application may call the Planning board office during regular business hours between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM and may be heard by the Zoning Board at the time and place of the aforementioned public hearing. 4/2/26 #NY0173063
