TOWN OF ULSTER PERMIS- SIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION, SUB- TO PERMISSIVE JECT REFERENDUM IS HEREBY NOTICE GIVEN that at a regu- lar meeting held on the 19nd of February, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Ulster, Ulster County, New York, duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which fol- lows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum to § 6-c of the New York State General Munici- pal Law. RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF ULSTER PUR- SUANT TO § 6-c OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL pursuant LAW TO TRANSFER MONIES FROM THE LANDFILL RESERVE CLOSURE FUND TO HIGHWAY FUND FOR THE PURPO OF EMER- GENCY STORMWATER REPAIR IN GLENERIE ($12,124.00). Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect thirty (30) days after adop- tion, unless within such period there shall be filed with the Town Clerk a valid petition protesting against this Resolution and request- ing that it be submitted to the qualified electors of the Town for their ap- proval or disapproval, in accordance with Sec- tion 6-c of the General Municipal Law and Ar- ticle 7 of the Town Law. A copy of the resolution is available for public inspection during nor- mal business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk, located at the UI- ster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York.
