NOTICE GIVEN that at a regu- lar meeting held on the 19nd of February, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Ulster, Ulster County, New York, duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which fol- lows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum to § 6-c of the New York State General Munici- pal Law.
