Bids invited for Cured-In-Place Pipe Services by Town of Bethlehem.

BID NOTICE



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bethlehem hereby invites sealed bids for furnishing Cured-In-Place Pipe Services for use by the Town of Bethlehem Department of Public Works, and other Town departments, as and when needed. The Town of Bethlehem reserves the right to allow all municipal and not for profit organizations authorized under General Municipal Laws of the State of New York, to purchase any goods and/or services awarded as a result of this bid in accordance with the latest amendments to NYS GML 100-104. However it is understood that the extension of such contracts are at the discretion of the vendor and the vendor is only bound to any contract between the Town of Bethlehem and the vendor. Additionally, the Town of Bethlehem reserves the right to purchase any goods or services included as part of this bid from any means legally available to it at any time.

Bids will be received up to 2:00 p.m. on March 9th, 2026 at which time such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York. Bids shall be addressed to Kim Whitsitt, Town Clerk, Town of Bethlehem, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York 12054. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes, which shall bear, on the face thereof, the NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE BIDDER AND SUBJECT OF THE BID . ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each bid shall be submitted.

Bid documents may be obtained at the Bethlehem Town Clerk’s Office, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY 12054. Bid documents may also be available for download from the Capital Region Purchasing Group through the Town of Bethlehem Website at https://www.townofbethlehem.org/170/Purchasing-Division

The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informality in the bid and/or to reject any or all bids.
