BID NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Bethlehem hereby invites sealed bids for the furnishing of labor and materials for the Annual Sidewalk and Curbing Construction Program for the use of said Town on an as needed basis for the year 2026. Bids will be received up to 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of April 2026 at which time such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York. Bids shall be addressed to Kimberley Whitsitt, Town Clerk, Town of Bethlehem, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York 12054. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes, which shall bear, on the face thereof, the NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE BIDDER AND THE SUBJECT OF THE BID. ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each bid shall be submitted. Bid documents may be obtained at the Bethlehem Town Clerk’s Office, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY 12054. Bid documents may also be available for download from the Capital Region Purchasing Group through the Town of Bethlehem Website at www.townofbethlehem.org Purchasing Division.
