BID NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Bethlehem hereby invites sealed bids for Rental of Portable Toilets . Bids will be received up to 11:00am, March 11, 2026 at which time such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York. Bids shall be addressed to Kim Whitsitt, Town Clerk, Town of Bethlehem, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York 12054. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes which shall bear, on the face thereof, the NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE BIDDER AND SUBJECT OF THE BID. ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each bid shall be submitted. Bid documents may be obtained via email from, kwhitsitt@bethlehemny.gov. Bid documents may also be available for download from the Empire State Purchasing Group through the Town of Bethlehem Website at www.townofbethlehem.org Purchasing Division.
