NOTICE TO BIDDERS: PERRY RD Town of Sanford invites Contractors to Bid. Sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk, Town of Sanford Town Hall, 91 2ND St, Deposit NY 13754, until Friday, March 6, 2026, 12:00pm, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the following work: TOWN OF SANFORD: PERRY ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT. Electronic copies (pdf format) of the Bid, Contract Documents and Drawings may be obtained at no charge by e-mailing a request to: tholgash@griffithsengineering.com Prospective bidders may view the project site at their discretion. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by a bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid for the total work contemplated to be done. Please see Bid Documents for more detailed information regarding Bid Guaranty. Please refer to the Bid Documents and Contract regarding contractors responsibIlities pertaining to prevailing wages and certified payrolls. The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The Town will award the bid within 30 days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
