LEGAL NOTICE



REQUEST FOR ADDITION TO AGRICULTURAL DISTRICTS. Public Notice is hereby provided to property owners within Cayuga County that the annual 30-day period for submitting requests for the addition of whole parcels of real property into the existing County Agricultural District, in accordance with the provisions of Section 303-b of the NYS Agriculture and Markets Law, will begin on March 1, 2026 and extend to March 30, 2026. Property owners wishing to add parcels to the County Agricultural District should fill out an application available online at http://www.cayugacounty.us/672/Agricultural-Districts and submit it to Emily Antonacci, Planner at the Cayuga County Department of Planning & Economic Development, 160 Genesee Street, 5th Floor, Auburn, New York 13021, or via email: eantonacci@cayugacounty.gov by the March 30, 2026 deadline.
