Zoning Board of Appeals April 27, 2026 meeting NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Memorial City Hall, 24 South St. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the regulation of section 305.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following matter(s). For more information please contact the Code Enforcement Office at 315.255.4111. 1. Tabled- 123-135 Dunning Ave. Applicant is requesting a re-hearing of the original application. Applicant Andrew Drourr/Dominic V. Giacona Esq. 2. 19 Morris St. Applicant is requesting a use variance to have a short-term rental at this location. Short-term rentals are not a permitted use in an R1 zone. Applicant: Theodore K.
