NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Memorial City Hall, 24 South St. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the regulation of section 305.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn.  1. Tabled- 123-135 Dunning Ave. Applicant is requesting a re-hearing of the original application. Applicant Andrew Drourr/Dominic V. Giacona Esq.
 2. 132 E Genesee St. Applicant is requesting a use variance to have a short-term rental at this location. Short-term rentals are not a permitted use in an R1 zone. Applicant: 320 Sycamore Holdings, LLC.
 3. 100 Genesee St. Applicant is requesting five area variances for window signage. Applicant: Genesee Mall, LLC/ Acropolis Realty Group.
 4. 6 Lexington Ave. Applicant is requesting a use variance to utilize the property for retail goods and services. This is not an allowed use in the R1 district. Applicant: Anthony Tardibone Jr.
 5. 19 Morris St. Applicant is requesting a use variance to have a short-term rental at this location. Short-term rentals are not a permitted use in an R1 zone. Applicant: Theodore K. Girves & Jennie Girves.
 6. Any other matters that may be properly brought before the Board.
