Planning Board April 7, 2026 Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the City of Auburn Planning Board on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. in Council Chambers at Memorial City Hall, 24 South St, Auburn NY 13021. The Planning Board may consider the following requests: 1. Tabled – Major Site Plan Review, 30 Cottage St. The applicant has proposed construction of three lumber storage structures; 3,480 sq. ft., 5,720 sq. ft., and 6,785 sq. ft. and one office showroom; 3,500 sq. ft. as well as site specific details for Builders Choice. Applicant: Jonathan Geherin 2. Public Hearing - Amendment to Zoning Ordinance §305-28 A 2 - to permit licensed cannabis locations to operate between the hours of 9am and 10pm. 3. Special Use Permit Review and Public Hearing, 10 Osborne St. The applicant has proposed demolition of the existing structure and redevelopment of a new ~1,900 square-foot building.
