CAYUGA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF FAIR HAVEN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fair Haven will hold a public hearing on February 26th at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 14523 Cayuga St. to hear the requests by: 1. Terry and Martin Mirt for an area variance for relief from provisions of Zoning Article IV §150-9 to construct a new home 6’ closer to the rear property line and a garage 11.5’ closer to the front property line than allowed under zoning at 14727 Lake Street, tax map 9.09-1-6.
