CAYUGA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF FAIR HAVEN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fair Haven will hold a public hearing on April 16th at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 14523 Cayuga St. to hear the request by: 1. David Kersten for an area variance for relief from provisions of Zoning Article IV §150-9 to construct a new home 14’ closer to the front property line and 17’ closer to the rear property line than allowed under zoning at 14710 Lake Street, tax map 9.09-1-30.
