CICORA AKA MICHAEL A. CICORA, JR. AND SHERRY E.CICORA BY MICHAEL A. CICORA, AS AIF, as Mortgagors, to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a Mortgage to secure $5,233.39 and interest, dated September 6, 2013, (the Second Mortgage), which was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Cayuga County on November 22, 2013 in Liber: 3195, Page: 88 which loan was consolidated by a Consolidation, Extension & Modification Agreement dated September 6, 2013, with BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. and executed by MICHAEL A.
