The object of the above captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage executed by MICHAEL A. CICORA JR AND SHERRY E. CICORA, as Mortgagors, to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a Mortgage to secure $74,000.00 and interest, dated August 8, 2006, which was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Cayuga County on August 22, 2006 in Liber: 2351, Page: 1 (the First Mortgage), a Mortgage executed by MICHAEL A. CICORA AKA MICHAEL A. CICORA, JR. AND SHERRY E.CICORA BY MICHAEL A. CICORA, AS AIF, as Mortgagors, to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a Mortgage to secure $5,233.39 and interest, dated September 6, 2013, (the Second Mortgage), which was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Cayuga County on November 22, 2013 in Liber: 3195, Page: 88 which loan was consolidated by a Consolidation, Extension & Modification Agreement dated September 6, 2013, with BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. and executed by MICHAEL A. CICORA AKA MICHAEL A. CICORA, JR. AND SHERRY E. CICORA BY MICHAEL A. CICORA, AS AIF which consolidated the First Mortgage and the Second Mortgage to form a single lien in the amount of $72,700.00 which was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Cayuga County on November 22, 2013 in Liber: 3195, Page: 106 covering premises known as 101 N LEWIS STREET, AUBURN, COUNTY OF CAYUGA, STATE OF NY 13021 (SECTION: 116.22 BLOCK: 1 LOT: 24). The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above.
