NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a continuation of Public Hearing #1-26 will be held by the Pomfret Zoning Board of Appeals on March 3, 2026 at 6:30 PM at Pomfret Town Hall, 9 Day Street, Fredonia, NY 14063 to consider the appeal of Lisa Boardman, for an Area Variance for property located at 9395 Fredonia-Stockton Rd, Fredonia, NY 14063. This property is described on the tax map as SBL:130.00-3-16.

The action is the construction of a 24x32x12 wood framed pole barn. The structure does not meet the Town of Pomfret’s Zoning Code Section 300-3-1 B “Yard Setbacks”. The property is zoned Agricultural (AG).
