Public Hearing Notice NOTICE Of PUBLIC HEARING TOWN Of ARKWRIGHT PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TO CHANGE THE DATE OF THE ANNUAL BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW GRIEVANCE DAY MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a proposed Local Law is under consideration by the Town Board of the Town of Arkwright, New York, designated as Local Law No. 2 of 2026 to adopt an alternative date for the annual Board of Assessment Review Grievance Day to the First Tuesday in June . PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the Local Law as proposed is on file at the Arkwright Town Clerk’s Office located at 9543 Center Road, Fredonia, New York, where it is available for public inspection during regular business hours. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing upon said proposed Local Law has been scheduled for the 9 th day of March 2026, at 6:45 PM, to be held at the Arkwright Town Hall, 9543 Center Road, Fredonia, New York. An opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed Local Law will then and there be given to members of the public.
