Concession Stand Bid Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Elmira invites responsible bidders interested in operating the concession stand in the Town Park for two seasons to submit a proposal. Bid sheets are available at the Town Clerk's office as well as on the Town Clerk's page at www.townofelmira.gov. All bids must be submitted by March 9, 2026 at 3:00 pm at which time they will be opened and presented and considered by the Town of Elmira Town Board at its next scheduled meeting.
