LEGAL NOTICE FRIELLO AND SONS HEATING AND COOLING SPECIAL USE PERMITS PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF EAST GREEN- BUSH The Town of East Green- bush Planning Board shall conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to New York State Town Law Section 274-b(6) and Section 3.11.02 of the Town's Compre- hensive Zoning Law, on two applications for a Special Use Permit for the property located at 330 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY, Tax Map # 166.-1-2.22, which is Zoned CMU. The ap- plicant proposes the construction of a 1520 square foot commercial garage with a second- story apartment, which is considered an acces- sory dwelling unit. Each component of the pro- posed work requires a Special Use Permit per The Town's Comprehen- sive Zoning Law Sec- tion 2.7.3 | E | Special Permit Uses. Said Pub- lic Hearing will be held on Wednesday, Febru- ary 24, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the East Greenbush Town Hall, 225 Columbia Turnpike, East Green- bush, NY.
