TOWN OF VIRGIL NOTICE OF MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting and public hearing will be held by the Town of Virgil Planning Board on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Virgil Town Hall, 1176 Church Street, Virgil, New York 13045. The public hearing will be held to consider the following application: Applicant Howard Archambo, with property owner Shannon Howitt, is requesting a site plan review for a proposed retail business involving the sale of aluminum statues on the subject property. The property is located at 2193 South Cortland–Virgil Road, Town of Virgil, New York, and is identified as Tax Map No. 126.00-03-19.000.
