TOWN OF VIRGIL NOTICE OF MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING OF THE VIRGIL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting and public hearing will be held by the Town of Virgil Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Virgil Town Hall, 1176 Church Street, Virgil, New York 13045. The public hearing will be held to consider the following application: 1. Applicant Jeffrey Edwards is requesting an area variance to construct a 48’x 36’ detached residential garage in the subject parcel front yard. An area variance is required because structures are prohibited in the front yard per the Town of Virgil Zoning. The property is located at 2829 Page Green Road, Town of Virgil, New York, and is identified as Tax Map No. 117.00-06-07.112. The application materials are available for review at www.virgilny.gov or by contacting the Office of the Town Clerk at (607) 835-6174, Ext. 2.
