NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON 

APPLICATION FOR

SITE PLAN REVIEW




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Village of Groton, NY, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Office, 308 Main St., Groton, NY, to consider an application for site plan review on the following:




Baker Miller Lumber, Inc., property owner of Tax Map #5.-1-3, 102 West Cortland St, who wishes to place a cold storage building and loading dock at this location.




The meeting and hearing are open to the public and all oral and written comments may be presented for consideration.
