NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pawling will hold a public hearing at the Village Hall, 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York on March 2, 2026, at 7 o’clock p.m., Prevailing Time on Proposed Local Law No. 2 of the year 2026 to make amendments to the Village Code Chapter 98, entitled “Zoning,” specifically to §98-22(B) relating to Parking in the Business 1 (“B-1”) Zoning District. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that copies of the aforesaid proposed local law will be available for examination at the Village of Pawling Village Hall, 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York and on the following webpage of the Village of Pawling website: https://www.villageofpawling.org On such webpage first click “Agendas & Minutes” under the blue colored heading “Agenda Center” and then click “February 2, 2026 Village Board Meeting Agenda.” TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that all persons interested and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard on said proposal at the time and place aforesaid.
