Notice of Public Hearing Village of Pawling Zoning Board of Appeals 9 Memorial Avenue Pawling, NY 12564 TAKE NOTICE, that the Village of Pawling Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the 22nd day of April, 2026 at 7:00 p.m, to hear the appeal for the premises located at 48 East Main Street (7056-05-112963) in the Village of Pawling. The public hearing will take place at Village Hall (9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, NY 12564). The Applicant is seeking the following variances: front setback on East Main Street, requesting 33 FT where 0 FT is required; front setback on Spring Street, requesting 29 FT where 0 FT is required; requesting 53% of minimum frontage buildout where 90% is required; relief from the requirement to build garden walls; and, requesting to provide 19 parking spaces where 23 spaces are required.
